Lone Star Friday Terms of Use
Effective: October 7, 2026 · Version 2026-10-07 · Lone Star Friday ("LSF") is operated by Tech323 LLC, Stephenville, Texas. Contact: support@lsf.football.
By creating an account or using LSF (lsf.football, lonestarfriday.app and our apps), you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Community Rules.
1. Who can use LSF
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission, and some features may be limited for you. Tell us your real birth year when you sign up. One account per person. Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for what happens under your account.
During the closed beta, accounts are approved by hand and the number of spots is limited. Asking for an account doesn't guarantee one.
2. Scores are fan-reported
Scores, game times and results on LSF are posted by fans and may be wrong or late. LSF is for fun and following along, not an official record. Don't rely on it for betting, travel or anything that matters. Official results come from the schools and the UIL.
When you post a score, post what you actually saw. Deliberately posting false scores, or using several accounts to confirm a result, is not allowed.
3. Community rules (zero tolerance)
The full Community Rules are part of these terms. In short:
LSF has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Do not post anything that:
- threatens, harasses, bullies or targets anyone, including players, coaches, officials, fans, or their families;
- is hateful toward people because of race, ethnicity, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or national origin;
- is sexual, or involves minors in any inappropriate way;
- shares someone's personal information (address, phone, school schedule, location) or photos without permission;
- is spam, advertising, scams, or impersonation;
- encourages violence, fighting at games, or illegal activity;
- breaks the law or someone else's rights.
Student athletes are kids. Criticize plays, not players.
4. Reporting, muting and moderation
- Tap Report on any chat message or post that breaks these rules. We review reports and act on them within 24 hours.
- Tap Mute to stop seeing someone's messages.
- We may remove content, correct scores, turn chat off for a game, and suspend or ban accounts and devices that break these rules, with or without warning.
- Serious threats may be reported to law enforcement.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You give LSF a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, show, and distribute it within the app (for example, showing your score posts and chat messages to other fans), and to keep score history after you delete your account (shown as "@deleted"), as described in the Privacy Policy. You're responsible for what you post.
6. Acceptable use
Don't break, overload, scrape, or try to get around LSF's security or limits; don't access other people's accounts; don't use bots or automation without our permission. If you find a security problem, email support@lsf.football instead of exploiting it.
7. Team names and marks
School names, mascots and logos belong to their schools and are used to identify teams. LSF is not affiliated with or endorsed by any school, district or the UIL.
8. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Me → Delete my account. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms. Sections 2, 5, 9 and 10 continue after an account ends.
9. No warranty; limit of liability
LSF is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, LSF and Tech323 LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for anything arising from scores or content posted by users. These terms are governed by Texas law.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is meaningful, we'll tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use LSF afterward means you accept the new terms.
11. Apple and Google
If you use the iOS app, these terms are between you and LSF, not Apple; Apple has no responsibility for the app or its support, and Apple is a third-party beneficiary entitled to enforce these terms against you. The same applies to Google for the Android app.
